Venison Goulash... Marinated venison
stew meat cooked to a tenderness in it's own juices,
chef's seasons, smothered with sour cream, garnished
with sauteed mushrooms.
Wild Boar Chops... Grilled then baked
to perfection, served with a side of linguine noodles
and topped with mushrooms and peppercorn sauce.
Buffalo Meat Loaf... Served with fresh
baked potato, steamed veggies and topped with mushroom
gravy.
Elk Steak... Marinated fresh rib loin,
broiled to perfection then served with baked potato,
sauteed mushrooms, accompanied with our popular
peppercorn sauce.
Quail Primavera... Two pieces of quail
baked with garlic, covered with a crab meat salad and
cilantro sauce over a bed of fettucine noodles,
garnished with fresh steamed broccoli.
Mixed Grill... A combination of wild
boar chops, elk steak and quail served with a baked
potato and steam veggies, accompanied with peppercorn
sauce.
